The delivery time for custom-made pergolas is currently approx. 3 to 3.5 months, as these are produced individually according to your specifications.

Your pergola will be delivered reliably by our logistics partner Planzer. You will be contacted by telephone in advance to arrange a suitable delivery date. In addition, the driver will contact you around 1-2 hours before arrival so that you can prepare for the delivery.

The pergola is delivered on a pallet in several packages. Each package weighs approx. 45-55 kg. Please make sure that you are on site at the agreed time and can assist the driver with unloading. A lifting platform is usually available, but a helping hand is required when placing the goods on your property.

Depending on the model, our Sky Pergola models are designed for snow loads between 50 kg/m² and 150 kg/m². In alpine regions or during heavy snowfall, we recommend leaving the slats open so that the snow can fall through unhindered and there is no excessive load on the roof.

Yes, when the slatted roof is fully closed, the interior remains reliably dry. The water is directed via the slats into the integrated gutter system and then drained downwards through the pillars in a controlled manner. This means you can enjoy maximum comfort under your Sky Pergola even when it rains.

The standard height of the Sky Pergola is 250 cm. When the slats are open, an additional approx. 8 cm is added, so that the total height when open is approx. 258 cm.

No, the Sky Pergola is basically a maintenance-free product. However, to maximize the service life of all moving parts, we recommend lightly lubricating them in the spring before commissioning, depending on use.

The standard color for our pergolas is anthracite (RAL 7016) - this variant is usually available immediately from stock.

White (RAL 9016) is also available, but with a corresponding delivery period.

For custom-made pergolas, all RAL colors are available on request for a color surcharge of CHF 1,500.

Yes, we offer a 10-year guarantee on the availability of spare parts. However, with our high-quality Sky Pergola models, it is very unlikely that spare parts will be needed at all. The construction is robust and designed for a long service life. However, if a spare part is ever needed, our customer service is always available.

Our Sky Pergola models are made of rust-free, powder-coated aluminum. This high-quality material is completely weatherproof and requires hardly any maintenance. Unlike steel or wooden structures, the material cannot rust or weather. The pergola is designed for a long service life of over 30 years.

We offer a professional shortening of the pergola columns for standard models via our local metalworker. The price for this service is CHF 500.

If longer posts are required, these must be ordered separately.

Please note that only pergolas and side roller blinds can be shortened in this way. Side elements such as slatted walls or glass walls cannot be adjusted.

However, self-assembly is still possible without any problems - our pergolas are deliberately designed so that you can assemble them yourself. Many of our customers opt for self-assembly and thus save considerable costs, as professional assembly can quickly become expensive in Switzerland. To achieve the maximum wind load, we recommend using reinforced point foundations measuring 50x50x50cm (length x width x depth). The pergola can then be fixed into the foundations.

Alternatively, Sky Pergolas can also be screwed directly into patio coverings such as stone slabs or wooden decking. However, the maximum wind load is then lower, depending on the dimensions of your decking.

Whether a planning application is required depends on the respective municipality in Switzerland. The regulations are handled differently, which is why we recommend that you always obtain information directly from the municipal administration.

For smaller pergola sizes, a planning application is not required in many municipalities. For larger pergolas, a simplified planning application is usually required, which usually includes the signatures of the direct neighbors.

No, a slope on the patio is generally not required to ensure the pergola's water drainage. Our Sky pergolas have an integrated drainage system in which the water is guided in a controlled manner via the slats into the internal gutters and downwards through the posts.

For pergolas without side elements such as glass or slatted walls, a slight slope of up to 1 % in the ground is no problem.

However, if side panels are to be fitted, it is important that the surface is absolutely level so that the panels close correctly and can be moved cleanly. A sloping floor can lead to malfunctions.

Sky Pergola side roller blinds are height-adjustable sun and privacy protection solutions that also protect against light wind and rain. They are available in both manual and motorized versions and have an integrated zip guide that fixes the fabric to the side and ensures stable, taut guidance - even in windy conditions.

The ZIP function ensures that the textile fabric is firmly clamped in the side guide rails of the pergola columns, just like a zipper. Yes, you can retrofit one or more Sky Pergola side roller blinds at any time. Retrofitting is possible on all sides, even retrospectively.

In the case of custom-made pergolas, however, we recommend including the side roller blinds directly in the order, as a later repeat order is associated with a delivery time of 3 to 4 months.

Sky Pergola roller blinds with ZIP function are suitable for somewhat stronger winds. Nevertheless, we recommend always retracting the screens completely in strong winds to avoid damage.
