After receiving our collection confirmation, you can go directly to the main entrance, straight ahead to the warehouse door, where you can check in.
With the app, you can monitor the pH level, chlorine, bromine, and salt content, as well as the water temperature of your whirlpool live – anytime and from anywhere. It also shows you historical readings so you can better understand the ideal water conditions.
No, the app is exclusively for monitoring water quality. Functions such as heating, lighting or nozzle control are not controlled via the app.
Yes, you will automatically receive a push notification on your smartphone as soon as a value is outside the ideal range – so you don't have to constantly monitor the whirlpool.
The app is available as an optional extra for CHF 450 and is compatible with all Spa Solutions whirlpools. It is available in the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Huawei AppGallery and Amazon Appstore.
We offer you a 2-year warranty on the Spa Solutions Swimspa and an additional 10-year warranty on spare parts. All warranty services are carried out personally and reliably by us - so you don't have to worry about anything.

For swim spas, we recommend briefly inquiring about availability in advance to ensure timely delivery.
Delivery is handled by Planzer Logistics, with the unit standing upright on a pallet. The driver will call approximately 30 minutes before arrival and unload the swim spa to the curb using a lift platform.
Yes, after the down payment, we can deliver the swim spa flexibly to your desired date. If you wish, we will also store the whirlpool free of charge until you are ready for delivery.

The filters should be completely replaced every 6 months – also to ensure the warranty. At the same time, we recommend changing the water every time you change the filter.
We recommend only our specially formulated care products. Third-party brands or inexpensive chemicals can cause damage and reduce the lifespan of the swim spa.
No, the Swimspa must not be emptied in winter, as residual water always remains in the pipes – this could lead to damage in case of frost. The pool is designed for winter operation.
