Rainwater is channelled from the roof into the surrounding gutters and drained invisibly down through the posts. No puddles, no drip edges, no standing water – maximum comfort in all weathers.
It is connected via a standard 230V line. All components are protected to IP65 standard and are therefore suitable for year-round outdoor use. Energy consumption is around 150–200 watts in operation, depending on use.
All functions can be conveniently operated via app or voice control. Tuya, Smart Life, Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa and Apple Home are supported. Light, louvre position, brightness and timers can be programmed individually.
The SkyInfinity Pro can be extended flexibly: with motorised blinds, glass or louvred side walls, patio heaters and weather sensors. All extensions can be conveniently controlled via the app.
All functions – slats, light, RGB, blinds – can be conveniently controlled via remote control or app. Time control and scene programs are also possible.
After receipt of your deposit, we will usually deliver your pergola within 2-3 working days. Delivery is by freight forwarder with a lift truck to the curb. The driver will contact you by phone about 30 minutes before arrival.
If you don't have the time or inclination to assemble it yourself, you can book our professional assembly service. Our technicians will ensure a perfect and safe installation at your location – clean, fast and precise.

Our Sky Pergolas are equipped with an intelligent louvered roof that can be opened and closed at the touch of a button. Integrated gutters ensure that you stay pleasantly dry even in summer rain. Basically, all standard pergolas and the appropriate accessories are available from our warehouse. If you are unsure, please feel free to contact us via live chat, phone or e-mail – we will help you immediately.
For custom-made pergolas, the current delivery time is approximately 3 to 3.5 months, as they are individually produced according to your specifications.
Delivery of your pergola will be reliably handled by our logistics partner Planzer. You will be contacted by phone in advance to arrange a suitable delivery date. Additionally, the driver will contact you approximately 1-2 hours before arrival so you can prepare for the delivery.
The pergola will be delivered on a pallet in several packages. Each package weighs approximately 45–55 kg. Please ensure that you are on site at the agreed time and can assist the driver with unloading. A forklift is usually available, however, assistance is required to place the goods on your property.
With us, you can conveniently pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, TWINT, and all common credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. In Switzerland, we also offer the option of paying for your purchase on account or in up to ten flexible monthly installments via PowerPay. This allows you to pay for your desired pergola easily and securely – in a way that suits you best.
Yes, payment upon receipt of goods is possible – in Switzerland we offer this via PowerPay as invoice purchase or installment payment in up to 10 monthly installments. With the Sky Pergola side roller blinds, lamella walls or glass walls, the sides can be flexibly closed and the wind effectively reduced - for even more comfort in all weather conditions.
Our Sky Pergola models are designed for snow loads between 50 kg/m² and 150 kg/m², depending on the model. In alpine regions or during heavy snowfall, we recommend leaving the slats open so that the snow can fall through unimpeded and no excessive load is placed on the roof.
Our Sky Pergola models are particularly robustly constructed and, depending on the model, can withstand wind speeds of up to 220 km/h. This ensures maximum stability and safety even in extreme weather conditions.
Yes, when the louvered roof is fully closed, the interior remains reliably dry. The water is purposefully channeled over the louvers into the integrated gutter system and from there controlled down through the columns. This way, you can enjoy maximum comfort under your Sky Pergola even in the rain.
The standard height of the Sky Pergola is 250 cm. When the slats are open, approximately 8 cm are added, so the total height in the open state is approximately 258 cm.
No , the Sky Pergola is basically a maintenance-free product. However, for maximum lifespan of all moving parts, we recommend lightly lubricating them in the spring before use, depending on usage.
The standard color for our pergolas is anthracite (RAL 7016); this variant is usually immediately available from stock.
White (RAL 9016) is also available, but with a corresponding delivery time.
For custom-made pergolas, all RAL colors are possible upon request for a color surcharge of 1,500 CHF.
Yes, we offer a 10-year guarantee on the availability of spare parts. However, with our high-quality Sky Pergola models, it is very unlikely that any spare parts will ever be needed. The construction is robust and designed for a long service life. If a spare part is nevertheless required, our customer service is always available to assist you.
Our Sky Pergola models are made of stainless, powder-coated aluminum. This high-quality material is completely weatherproof and requires virtually no maintenance. Unlike steel or wood constructions, the material cannot rust or weather. The pergola is designed for long-lasting use of over 30 years.
We offer professional shortening of pergola columns for standard models through our local metalworker. The price for this service is 500 CHF.
If longer posts are required, they must be ordered separately.
Please note that only pergolas and side blinds can be shortened in this way. Side elements such as louvered walls or glass walls cannot be adjusted.
Our trained Sky Pergola assembly team has already professionally installed over 1,200 pergolas in Switzerland. We are happy to offer you this service throughout Switzerland and take care of the complete installation for you.
Self-assembly is still possible without any problems - our pergolas are deliberately designed so that they can be assembled yourself. Many of our customers opt for self-assembly and thus save considerable costs, because professional assembly can quickly become expensive in Switzerland. We are of course always available to support you if you have any questions.
5-6 hours, depending on the skill level and the number of people involved. So far, all our customers have managed the assembly without any problems, and our customer service is also available at any time if you have any questions.
To achieve the maximum wind load, we recommend setting reinforced point foundations with the dimensions 50x50x50cm (length x width x depth). The pergola can then be attached to the foundations.
Alternatively, the Sky Pergolas can also be screwed directly into terrace coverings such as stone slabs or wooden planks. However, the maximum wind load is then lower, depending on the dimensions of your terrace covering.
In Switzerland, whether a building permit is required depends on the municipality. Regulations vary, so we recommend always contacting the local municipality directly for information.
For smaller pergolas, a building permit is not required in many municipalities. For larger pergolas, a simplified building permit is usually required, which usually includes the signatures of the immediate neighbors.
If you wish, we will gladly take this step for you – our team will submit the building application to your municipality fully prepared. The cost for this service is 500 CHF.
No, a slope on the terrace is generally not required to ensure the pergola's drainage. Our Sky Pergolas have an integrated drainage system, where the water is controlled over the slats into the internal gutters and down through the posts.
With pergolas without side elements such as glass or lamella walls, a slight slope of up to 1% in the ground is no problem.
However, if side walls are to be installed, it is important that the ground is absolutely level so that the walls close correctly and can move smoothly. An uneven floor can lead to malfunctions here.
Sky Pergola side roller blinds are height-adjustable sun and privacy solutions that also offer protection from light wind and rain. They are available in both manual and motorized versions and feature an integrated zip guide that secures the fabric laterally and ensures stable, taut guidance – even in windy conditions.
The ZIP function ensures that the textile fabric is firmly clamped into the side guide rails of the pergola columns, like a zipper. This technology offers a clear advantage, especially in windy conditions, as the roller blind remains stable and does not come out of the guide. Ideal for terraces that are regularly exposed to wind.
Yes, you can retrofit one or more Sky Pergola side roller blinds at any time. Retrofitting is possible on all sides, even afterwards.
However, for custom-made pergolas, we recommend including the side roller blinds in your order right away, as a later reorder will involve a delivery time of 3 to 4 months.
Sky Pergola roller blinds with ZIP function are suitable for slightly stronger winds. Nevertheless, we always recommend fully retracting the screens in strong winds to avoid damage.
You can attach various practical accessories to your Sky Pergola to further increase comfort and functionality. These include fixed or sliding louver walls for side protection from view and wind, elegant glass walls for transparent weather protection, and side blinds that can be operated manually or motor-driven as desired. Infrared heaters can be installed for pleasant temperatures even on cooler days, while fans ensure better air circulation on hot summer days.
