Your SwimSpa will be bindingly reserved once a deposit of 50% has been received. You will receive regular status updates - transparent and reliable.

After receiving our pick-up confirmation, you can go directly to the main entrance, straight ahead to the warehouse door, where you can report in.
With the app, you can monitor the pH value, chlorine, bromine and salt content as well as the water temperature of your hot tub live - at any time and from anywhere. It also shows you historical measured values so that you can better understand the ideal water condition.
No, the app is only used to monitor the water quality. Functions such as heating, lighting or nozzle control are not controlled via the app.
Yes, you automatically receive a push notification on your smartphone as soon as a value is outside the ideal range - so you don't have to constantly check the whirlpool.

For swim spas, we recommend briefly enquiring about availability in advance to ensure prompt delivery.
Delivery is carried out by Planzer Logistik, standing upright on a pallet. The driver calls about 30 minutes before arrival and unloads the Swimspa to the kerb using a lifting platform.
Yes, after the deposit has been paid, we can deliver the swim spa flexibly on your desired date. On request, we can also store the hot tub free of charge until you are ready for delivery.
You can pay conveniently with Apple Pay, Google Pay, TWINT and all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express. In Switzerland, we also offer the option of paying for your purchase on account or in up to ten flexible monthly installments via PowerPay. The electrical connection is made via 3×400 V, 20 A, including residual current circuit breaker. A power connection must be provided by the customer in advance.
The filters should be completely replaced every 6 months - also to safeguard the warranty. We also recommend changing the water every time you change the filter.
We only recommend our specially formulated care products. Other brands or cheap chemicals can cause damage and affect the service life of the swim spa.
No, the Swimspa must not be drained in winter, as there is always residual water in the pipes - this could cause damage in the event of frost. The pool is designed for winter use.
