All personal data required to carry out the order are stored in machine-readable form, treated confidentially and processed and stored exclusively for the purpose for which they were collected (conducting correspondence, processing orders). The data necessary for processing an order, such as names and address, are, where applicable, passed on in the course of the delivery to the companies commissioned with the delivery of the purchased item. The customer authorises Spa Solutions GmbH, until revoked, to store and use their address data for sending newsletters and information about its own business by e-mail and/or post. On request, the customer will be provided with information about the stored data. In addition, there is a right to rectification of data and a right to object and revoke at any time. Consents given can only be revoked with effect for the future. The lawfulness of the processing up to the revocation remains unaffected. Spa Solutions GmbH is responsible for the processing, rectification, blocking or deletion of data. There is also a statutory right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Advertising attribution and WhatsApp
If you reach our website via an online advertisement (e.g. Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Advertising, TikTok), we store the click identifier and campaign parameters (UTM) transmitted by the advertising platform for 90 days in a cookie on your device in order to be able to attribute enquiries and orders to the respective campaign. When you contact us via WhatsApp, a technical session code enabling this attribution is added to the pre-filled message. The code does not contain any personal data. The attribution is stored with the contact in our CRM system and serves exclusively to measure the success of our advertising; the legal basis is our legitimate interest in economic advertising. You may object to the processing at any time.
