For custom-made pergolas, the current delivery time is approximately 3 to 3.5 months, as they are individually produced according to your specifications.

Delivery of your pergola will be reliably handled by our logistics partner Planzer. You will be contacted by phone in advance to arrange a suitable delivery date. Additionally, the driver will contact you approximately 1-2 hours before arrival so you can prepare for the delivery.

The pergola will be delivered on a pallet in several packages. Each package weighs approximately 45–55 kg. Please ensure that you are on site at the agreed time and can assist the driver with unloading. A forklift is usually available, however, assistance is required to place the goods on your property.

Yes, when the louvered roof is fully closed, the interior remains reliably dry. The water is purposefully channeled over the louvers into the integrated gutter system and from there controlled down through the columns. This way, you can enjoy maximum comfort under your Sky Pergola even in the rain.

The standard height of the Sky Pergola is 250 cm. When the slats are open, approximately 8 cm are added, so the total height in the open state is approximately 258 cm.

No , the Sky Pergola is basically a maintenance-free product. However, for maximum lifespan of all moving parts, we recommend lightly lubricating them in the spring before use, depending on usage.

The standard color for our pergolas is anthracite (RAL 7016); this version is usually immediately available from stock.

White (RAL 9016) is also available, but with a corresponding delivery time.

For custom-made pergolas, all RAL colors are possible upon request for a color surcharge of 1,500 CHF.

Yes, we offer a 10-year guarantee on the availability of spare parts. However, with our high-quality Sky Pergola models, it is very unlikely that any spare parts will ever be needed. The construction is robust and designed for a long service life. If a spare part is nevertheless required, our customer service is always available to assist you.

Our Sky Pergola models are made of stainless, powder-coated aluminum. This high-quality material is completely weatherproof and requires virtually no maintenance. Unlike steel or wood constructions, the material cannot rust or weather. The pergola is designed for long-lasting use of over 30 years.

We offer professional shortening of pergola columns for standard models through our local metalworker. The price for this service is 500 CHF.

If longer posts are required, they must be ordered separately.

Please note that only pergolas and side blinds can be shortened in this way. Side elements such as louvered walls or glass walls cannot be adjusted.

Self-assembly is still possible without any problems - our pergolas are deliberately designed so that they can be assembled yourself. No, a slope on the terrace is generally not required to ensure the pergola's drainage. Our Sky Pergolas have an integrated drainage system, where the water is controlled over the slats into the internal gutters and down through the posts.

With pergolas without side elements such as glass or lamella walls, a slight slope of up to 1% in the ground is no problem.

However, if side walls are to be installed, it is important that the ground is absolutely level so that the walls close correctly and can move smoothly. An uneven floor can lead to malfunctions here.

Sky Pergola side roller blinds are height-adjustable sun and privacy solutions that also offer protection from light wind and rain. They are available in both manual and motorized versions and feature an integrated zip guide that secures the fabric laterally and ensures stable, taut guidance – even in windy conditions.

The ZIP function ensures that the textile fabric is firmly clamped into the side guide rails of the pergola columns, like a zipper. This technology offers a clear advantage, especially in windy conditions, as the roller blind remains stable and does not come out of the guide. Yes, you can retrofit one or more Sky Pergola side roller blinds at any time. Retrofitting is possible on all sides, even afterwards.

Sky Pergola roller blinds with ZIP function are suitable for slightly stronger winds. Nevertheless, we always recommend fully retracting the screens in strong winds to avoid damage.
